About the garment
By Percival
Made in Manchester. Prepared for Manchester weather. The Hunter Jacket is a cropped, water-repellent field jacket in forest green, cut and sewn by Cooper & Stollbrand from 100% recycled polyester. Four generous front pockets, a zip beneath a popper-fastened placket and a collar worth turning up. Proper outerwear, without the country-estate requirement.
Part of Percival's limited Made in England capsule, it backs the makers still keeping British clothing manufacture alive. Cooper & Stollbrand's Manchester factory has stood for more than 150 years and still runs some of its original machines. Each jacket takes around 15,000 stitches and passes through the hands of ten machinists. Limited to 100 pieces, each one hand numbered. Once they're gone, they're gone.
Style it over the Made in England Lambswool Jumper and finish with the Derby shoes for a properly put-together forecast.
